How to delete your account

Open Settings › Account, choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. You lose access right away, the erasure usually finishes within minutes, and it can’t be undone. If you come back later, signing in again starts a new account.

If you can’t sign in, or your request is about information a connected service shared with us, such as a Facebook or Instagram account you linked in Run, email privacy@foundable.com from your account’s email address. Tell us which service it is and any account or page name you can see there. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours, and we reply by email when we receive your request and when it’s done.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and settings, and your place in any foundable you belong to.
  • Every foundable you own and everything in it, its chats with Ted included. Its websites go offline, and its mailbox and linked social accounts are closed.
  • Your paid plan ends right away, without a refund for the rest of the billing period, and your saved payment details are deleted.
  • Domains you bought through Foundable stop renewing. Each stays registered until the end of the year you paid for, then lapses.
  • You’re signed out everywhere, and your sign-in record is deleted shortly after.

What we keep

We keep a record that the account existed, without personal details, your acceptance of our policies, and the payment and credit records the law requires. Support conversations aren’t deleted automatically; email privacy@foundable.com and we’ll delete them. Deleted information can stay in our backups until they expire, within 60 days, and our providers delete their copies on their own schedules. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Connected services and Stripe

Disconnecting an app or account ends our access to it: a social account in Run, a Stripe account in Build › Tools › Payments, and other apps in Settings › Integrations. The service itself keeps its own records under its own terms. You can also remove Foundable’s access to Google or Microsoft apps in your Google or Microsoft account’s security settings. Stripe keeps its own records of your purchases, and of any Stripe account you own for Foundable Payments, under its privacy terms.
