Yes, to start. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card, and its card above shows what it includes. Paid plans add more credits and more of what Ted can do, and you can cancel one at any time.
Credits pay for the work Ted does for you, like building a page, drafting a reply or drawing a logo. Bigger jobs use more. Settings shows your balance and what each job used.
On Pro and Max, a plan's credits arrive each month, and what you don't use carries over through the next month, then expires. On Basic, each month's credits end when the next month's arrive. Free daily credits don't build up, and the credits you get when you sign up never expire.
Yes, in Settings, then Plans & credit usage. Monthly upgrades charge the price difference for extra credits, keeping your balance and renewal date. Annual upgrades prorate that difference for the time left and add extra monthly credits immediately. You confirm first. Downgrades and monthly/yearly switches wait for renewal. Canceling stops renewal, with access until then.
Yes. From Settings, then Plans & credit usage, you can move up to a bigger plan and get more credits every month. If you only need extra once, you can also buy a one-time pack of 100 to 1,000 credits there on any paid plan. A pack doesn't renew, and its credits last 12 months.
If a charge looks wrong, was made twice or came after you canceled, email support@foundable.com and we'll fix it. We look at every fair refund request. Because credits can be used as soon as they arrive, a month you've already started and credits already added usually can't be refunded. Our Refund & Dispute Policy has the details.
Your account goes back to Free, with its daily credits. Plan credits you hadn't used are set aside, and if you pay for a plan again before they would have expired, they come back.
No. Pro and Max let you invite your team, and the work they do with Ted uses your plan's credits.
You do. You keep ownership of the content you create, upload or generate in Foundable, and on any paid plan you can take a copy of your website's code, to GitHub or as a download. Our Terms say more.
Your payment is handled by Link, a payment service from Stripe. Your bank statement shows LINK.COM* FOUNDABLE, and Link emails your receipts. Prices are set in US dollars, and checkout may offer your local currency.
