1. The short version
We want you to pay only for what you meant to buy. If a charge looks wrong, email support@foundable.com and we’ll fix mistakes and review fair requests promptly. Our plans and credit packs are sold through Link, a Stripe service that is the seller of record, so Link’s support can help too, and Link’s refund policy applies where it gives you more. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.
2. Your plan
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
- Cancel any time in Settings → Plans & credit usage → Manage billing, or in your Link account at link.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- We generally don’t refund or prorate the current period.
- If you were charged without permission, twice, or after you canceled, tell us and we’ll look into it.
- Deleting your account ends your plan right away, without a refund for the rest of the period, so cancel instead if you want to use the time you’ve paid for.
- A partial refund doesn’t change your plan or credits. If refunds add up to the full amount of a plan payment, we may end that plan and remove the unused credits it gave you.
3. Credits
- Credits generally can’t be refunded once added, because you can use them right away, and credits spent on work that ran can’t be given back.
- If a credit pack’s payment is fully refunded or reversed in a dispute, we remove that pack’s unused credits; a partial refund leaves them. Pack credits that expire unused (12 months after purchase, unless the pack was offered as never expiring) aren’t refunded.
- If credits didn’t arrive, you were charged twice, or they clearly didn’t work as described, email us. Credits can’t be exchanged for cash, but we’ll honor any stronger right the law gives you.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email support@foundable.com from your account’s email address with the date and amount of the charge, what you bought, and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with; your bank decides when they appear.
You can also ask Link at support.link.com (choose Contact support). Link may refund a payment within 60 days under its own policy.
5. Disputes with your bank
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card company; we can usually fix it faster. Foundable charges appear on your statement as LINK.COM* FOUNDABLE.
If a payment is disputed, we may put your account on hold: work in progress stops, you can’t start new work or spend credits, no new credits arrive, and your plan is canceled. If the payment is reversed, we remove the unused credits it bought. If the dispute ends with the charge standing, support may lift the hold once the payment provider confirms it, and you’ll need to start a new plan to get paid access back.
6. Your rights under the law
Depending on where you live, you may have cancellation, cooling-off or refund rights. This policy doesn’t limit them, and where the law gives you more, the law wins.
7. Taxes on refunds
Where required, an approved refund includes the tax you paid on the refunded amount. For your own business taxes, ask your tax advisor.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as our products or prices change, and the date at the top shows the latest version. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect existing customers.
